At PINOER, we fully stand behind the quality of our educational products and are committed to supporting your child’s cognitive growth journey. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the day the original order was delivered.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Shipping Responsibilities: The customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees associated with the warranty service.
- Return Authorization: Before sending back any items, the customer must contact a PINOER customer service representative to receive the correct return shipping address and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Safe Packaging: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are securely packed before shipment. PINOER is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to our facility.
- Trackable Shipping Required: When returning items, the customer must use a reliable shipping method that provides valid online tracking information. Packages returned without a verifiable tracking number cannot be processed.
