We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

The product does not show signs of wear, damage, or impact that may affect resale

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resale condition may not be eligible for a refund.

📦 Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

PINOER One-Year Limited Warranty

At PINOER, we fully stand behind the quality of our educational products and are committed to supporting your child’s cognitive growth journey. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the day the original order was delivered.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping Responsibilities: The customer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping fees associated with the warranty service.
2. Return Authorization: Before sending back any items, the customer must contact a PINOER customer service representative to receive the correct return shipping address and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Safe Packaging: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are securely packed before shipment. PINOER is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to our facility.
4. Trackable Shipping Required: When returning items, the customer must use a reliable shipping method that provides valid online tracking information. Packages returned without a verifiable tracking number cannot be processed.
5. Warranty Exclusions: PINOER reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing clear signs of modification, misuse, abuse, intentional damage, or degradation beyond "normal wear and tear," as determined by our technical and quality assurance teams.
